We understand delivery is way more than only carrying furniture inside places, there is a whole process in between, and our capable team can handle it with a smile. In addition to arranging the delivery date and time that suits the availability of our customers, our white-glove delivery service also includes unpack, assembly, placement, rubbish taken away and a thorough clean of the allocated space and furniture.
WAREHOUSING
Our warehouse has easy access for semi-trucks, great floor space, video surveillance, alarm system and a racking system specifically made to store furniture. We also have special designed bays for fragile items, where we adequately store goods minimising any risk of damage or compromised furniture.
CONTAINERS
Our infra-structure allows us to receive multiple containers simultaneously, facilitating our booking process with your preferred freight forwarder. We also offer a comprehensive container inbound/outbound including a thorough check of all documentation and a complete report of the work performed.
SHOWROOM AND
PHOTOSHOOT
Whether you're rearranging the showroom, renovating, bumping in/out a photoshoot, or setting up for a special event, our expert team can assist. We specialize in everything from professionally protecting and relocating furniture to simply repositioning items internally
ASSEMBLY
Our expert team is also able to handle any type of furniture assembly. Over the years, we built the knowledge and skills to undertake any complicated assembly. We are prepared to assist you no matter the complexity of your needs.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
We manage all packaging waste generated by our deliveries and we also offer a removal service of any unwanted furniture while the new goods are being delivered by us. Making sure the furniture is safely removed and properly disposed.
INTERSTATE
In order to facilitate the distribution of orders between states, we offer an interstate linehaul, currently servicing Melbourne and Sydney on a weekly basis.
