Inbox™ Australia – Pricing and Services Guidelines.

​1. DELIVERIES

  • Quote subject to accuracy of provided information. Inaccuracies may lead to price adjustments.

  • Charges are determined by the Delivery Calculator and its limitations. Unusual and additional services are quoted separately.

  • Orders delivered within 10 business days from booking request. Regional orders may experience longer turnaround times.

  • Client is expected to be available during the suggested delivery scheduled days.

  • 3-hour delivery window Monday-Friday (7am-3pm).

  • Initial contact with customer within 2 business days.

  • Courtesy call/text approximately 30min prior to arrival.

  • Assembly services do not include floor or wall mounting, nor any electrical work.

  • Items must fit through staircase, doorways, corners and/or lift while still in their original packaging.

  • Relocation of existing furniture not included in charges.

  • Delivery charges do not include crane, hoist or any special equipment requirement.

  • For safety and legal reasons, we do not provide balcony lifting services.

  • Lift must be available for locations higher than the second level.

  • Parking available within 50 meters of the front door.

  • Items placement is subject to customer onsite instructions unless a floor plan is provided.

  • If an unattended delivery is requested, our team will not unpack, inspect, or repack the items unless explicitly instructed otherwise. In such cases, the items will be considered delivered in good condition and signed off by our team accordingly.

  • If the client is unreachable 15 minutes after the team's arrival, the service order will be considered cancelled for the day, and a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Items rejected by the client on the delivery day due to pre-existing damage or defects will not return to our warehouse. Unless the item poses a safety risk to the client. In case it needs to be returned, additional charges may apply.

  • ​To ensure accurate quotations and insurance coverage, precise details such as address, access, brand, model, measurements, and replacement value must be added to the calculator.

 

2. TRANSPORT

  • Hourly rates are based only on services that our quoting tool is not programmed to quote.

  • Standard operating days and hours are Monday to Friday between 7am-3pm.

  • A team may include one or multiple vehicles, sizes and quantity of vehicles allocated are subject to availability.

  • Minimum time of 1 hour on standard operating days and hours.

  • Minimum time for after hours and weekend services may differ and are assessed differently.

  • Weekend and After-Hours services are subject to approval and availability. Rates may differ depending on the request.

  • Hourly rate is charged in increments of 15 minutes.

  • 1 man services are not available.

  • "Metro Area" is considered as a 30km radius from the CBD.

  • Hourly rate is based on services provided within 30km from Melbourne CBD (Metro Area) - Regional Fee per additional km applies for services further than 30km. In case of multiple locations, the furthest location will be considered and the fee applied accordingly. The Regional Fee is calculated using satellite navigation with the CBD as the base point.

  • Project management applies for large scale projects, taking over multiple days, team, addresses, etc.

  • Admin Fee applies for services that require any type of administration tasks such as large data uploads, inductions, specific documentation, booking calls, reports, etc.

  • Packing/Furniture Protections and Packing Disposal/General Waste/Furniture Disposal services are not included in the Hourly Rate and are charged separately if required.

  • Packing/Furniture Protection services are conducted using available protective materials deemed most appropriate by our team for the item type at the requested time. Customized packaging and wooden crates are not included.

  • General Waste charges are based on the actual volume of the waste.

  • As a part of our recycling policies, we may or may not re-use any packaging, waste and/or furniture we judge is in good condition.

  • General Waste does not include harmful materials, degradable substances, hazardous waste and/or asbestos.

  • Packing Disposal/General Waste/Furniture Disposal rate does not include any Labour or Transport charges.

  • Charges calculated by the cubic metre are rounded up to the next cubic metre.

​3. WAREHOUSE

  • Our Inbound services do not include quality check. This is charged separately and will incur when noticeable damages to the packaging are evident and/or upon request.

  • LCL must be notified with at least 24hrs notice. In case the shipment arrives with no information and no previous notice, blind Receiving charges will apply.

  • FCL must be notified with a minimum of 7 days prior to landing and appropriate documentation sent accordingly.

  • FCL delivery date must be arranged with 48hrs notice, subject to availability.

  • Empty containers must be collected on the same day unless we advise otherwise. Container storage fee of $100 per day will apply in case of any delays.

  • Outbound charges apply only for third-party carriers and the requests must be sent with at least 48hrs notice prior to dispatch.

  • Volume for Storage is calculated based on the actual volume of the items packaged, all individual items are rounded up to the next decimal and are considered to have a minimum of 0.1 m3.

  • Total Storage volume will be rounded up to the next cubic meter and invoiced accordingly.

  • 5 days free of charge storage (grace-period) for any orders/items received at our warehouse.

  • Storage for oversized and overweight items may be charged at a higher rate upon assessment.

  • All unpacked items received at our warehouse will require Protection/Packing services charged per m3.

  • Warehousing charges per m3 are based on the measured volume calculated by us.

  • Packing/Furniture Protection services are conducted using available protective materials deemed most appropriate by our team for the item type at the requested time. Customized packaging and wooden crates are not included.

  • Packing/Furniture Protections and Packing Disposal/General Waste/Furniture Disposal services are not included in the Inbound and Outbound services and are charged separately if required.

  • Packaging Disposal charges are based on the actual volume of the order.

  • Quality Check/Inspection services include picking, unpacking, taking photos, generating a report and repacking the order. Any additional tasks required beyond these activities will be subject to our hourly Warehouse Labor rates.

  • General Waste charges are based on the actual volume of the waste.

  • As a part of our recycling policies, we may or may not re-use any packaging, waste and/or furniture we judge is in good condition.

  • General Waste does not include harmful materials, degradable substances, hazardous waste and/or asbestos.

  • Packing Disposal/General Waste/Furniture Disposal rate does not include any Labour or Transport charges.

  • All other warehousing services are charged at our warehouse labour hourly rate with a minimum of 1h based on the manpower required and subjected to approval.

  • Charges calculated by the cubic metre are rounded up to the next cubic metre.

4. INTERSTATE

  • Interstate rate does not include any packing, unpacking, assembly or dismantling.

  • "Metro Area" is considered a 30km radius from the CBD.

  • Rates are based on Melbourne and Sydney "Metro areas," excluding heavy vehicles restricted area.

  • Packing/Furniture Protection services and waste management fees are not included in the interstate rate.

  • Cubic metres charges are calculated considering the items packaged and are rounded up to the next cubic metre.

  • Extra surcharge may apply for unreasonable waiting time to load and unload based on our labour rates.

  • Items must be properly packed for transport. We reserve the right to refuse transporting items that are not appropriately packaged, especially those made of stone, glass, terracotta, and concrete, due to their inherent fragility.

  • Oversized and overweight items may be charged at a higher rate upon assessment.

  • The interstate service is from warehouse to warehouse only, local collection and deliveries are charged separately.

  • Areas further than 30km radius from "Metro Areas" are uniquely assessed and charges may differ, subjected to availability.

  • Packing/Protection services are conducted using available protective materials deemed most appropriate by our team for the item type at the requested time. Customized packaging and wooden crates are not included.

  • Our interstate service is conducted by a single operative representative, in instances where assistance cannot be provided at the warehouses attended, additional labour charges will apply.
