Do you deliver to apartments?
Yes. We regularly deliver to apartment buildings throughout Melbourne and Sydney, including buildings with lifts, loading docks and access restrictions.
Do you deliver to high-rise buildings?
Yes. We regularly complete deliveries to high-rise residential and commercial buildings, subject to building access requirements.
Do you handle stairs?
Yes. We can deliver furniture up and down stairs. Additional charges may apply depending on the number of flights, product size and access conditions
Do you deliver to properties without lifts?
Yes. We assess access requirements during the booking process and allocate the appropriate resources for the delivery.
Do you coordinate lift bookings?
Yes. We regularly coordinate deliveries involving lift bookings, loading docks and building management requirements.
Do you deliver through loading docks?
Yes. Many apartment buildings and commercial sites require loading dock access, and we regularly work within these environments.
What happens if access is difficult?
We assess access requirements before delivery and allocate the appropriate labour, equipment and time required to complete the service safely.
Do you charge extra for difficult access?
Sometimes. Access charges depend on factors such as stairs, long carries, restricted access, lift requirements and product complexity.
What is considered difficult access?
Difficult access may include multiple flights of stairs, long walking distances, tight stairwells, restricted lifts, difficult manoeuvring or limited building access.
Can you deliver through narrow hallways and stairwells?
Yes. We regularly manage tight access situations and assess each delivery individually before proceeding.
Do you need access information before delivery?
Yes. The more information we receive before delivery, the better we can plan the service and avoid delays or unexpected charges.
Can you deliver oversized furniture into apartments?
In many cases, yes. We assess the product dimensions, access points and building restrictions before confirming the delivery approach.
Do you perform balcony lifts?
No. We do not perform balcony lifting services due to safety and operational considerations.
Can you organise a balcony lift contractor?
No. Clients must engage lifting contractors directly. We can identify when a lift may be required, but we do not manage the booking.
Do you remove windows or doors for deliveries?
No. We do not remove windows, doors or building components as part of our Furniture Logistics services.
Do you modify properties to gain access?
No. We do not perform building modifications, construction work or structural alterations to complete a delivery.
What happens if furniture does not fit?
We stop the delivery process and contact our operations team for guidance. Any next steps are discussed with the client before decisions are made.
Can you deliver to heritage buildings?
Yes. We regularly deliver to heritage properties and buildings with unique access requirements.
Do your teams wear shoe covers?
Yes. Our teams carry shoe covers and use them where appropriate and safe to do so.
What if I'm not sure the furniture will fit?
We can arrange a site inspection before delivery. This allows us to assess access, measure critical areas and identify potential challenges before furniture arrives onsite.
Do you provide site inspections?
Yes. We can provide site inspections for difficult access deliveries, large furniture pieces, apartment buildings and situations where clients are unsure if furniture will fit through the available access points.
