Do you provide Furniture Assembly?
Yes. We provide Furniture Assembly for residential, commercial, retail and hospitality furniture as a standalone service or as part of a White-Glove Delivery.
What types of furniture can you assemble?
We assemble a wide range of furniture including dining tables, beds, sofas, desks, office furniture, shelving systems and other furniture designed for on-site assembly.
Is Furniture Assembly included with delivery?
Not always. Furniture Assembly is generally quoted separately and can be added to a delivery based on the products being assembled.
How do you charge for Furniture Assembly?
Furniture Assembly is typically charged per item rather than per delivery. This allows clients to pay only for the products that require assembly.
Do you assemble flat-pack furniture?
Yes. We can assemble flat-pack furniture provided all required components and hardware are available.
Can you assemble commercial furniture?
Yes. We assemble office furniture, hospitality furniture, showroom displays and furniture used within commercial environments.
Can you assemble furniture during a project installation?
Yes. Furniture Assembly is commonly combined with Project Consolidation, White-Glove Delivery and commercial project installations.
Do you remove packaging after assembly?
Yes. Packaging removal can be included as part of a White-Glove Delivery or assembly service.
Do you clean up after assembly?
Yes. We remove assembly-related packaging and presentation debris so the furniture is ready for use.
Do you mount furniture to walls?
No. We do not mount furniture to walls or perform any work that requires drilling into walls, floors or ceilings.
Do you install televisions?
No. We do not install or mount televisions.
Do you hang artwork or mirrors?
No. We do not hang artwork, mirrors or decorative items.
Do you install lighting?
No. We do not install lighting, pendants or electrical fixtures.
Do you perform electrical work?
No. Electrical work must be completed by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian regulations.
Can you connect electrical appliances?
We can assist with simple plug-and-play connections where no electrical installation or modification is required.
Do you drill into walls, floors or ceilings?
No. We do not drill, fix or modify building structures as part of our Furniture Assembly service.
Do you provide trade services?
No. We specialise in Furniture Assembly and Furniture Logistics. We do not operate as builders, electricians, carpenters or trade contractors.
Can you assemble furniture delivered by another company?
In many cases, yes. We can provide Furniture Assembly as a standalone service regardless of who delivered the furniture.
